Devotion 4/11, “Speak Jesus”!

We just celebrated Holy Week. As we look around at the craziness of this world, what a great daily reminder, God is in control! Jesus is our “only” salvation!
It is only through Him that we can be saved. No one can come to God directly until they have known and accepted Jesus Christ. Acts 4:12 says, “Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved”.
           Culture says:
“Jesus is just one of many ways to God.”
               WRONG!!!
             Christ said:
“I am the Way, the Truth and the life.” (John 14:6a)
“Non one comes to the Father but through me.” (John 14:6b)
“I am am the resurrection and the life.”
(John 11:25a)
“The one who believes in me will live, even though they die.” (John 11:25b)
“I am the gate; whoever enters through me will be saved.” (John 10:9)
Speak Jesus. Speak Jesus!!!
Lord, thank you for my salvation. I am in awe, grateful and humble that You would give up so much just for me a sinner. I give thanks for the Holy Spirit dwelling in me and ask for the strength of heart to live up to your vision for me. Christ came to serve and I pray that I may serve others with the love and respect of Christ. Thank you for Your love, grace and mercy. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

About Mike & Marcia

I started this journey trying to help someone that had reached out during some troubled times they were dealing with personally.
Turns out in the process I had to deal with my own anger and disappointment with the situation. I prayed for guidance which lead me to giving it up to Christ. It helped me help them writing a daily devotional and in the process I realized my own devotions were lacking. It's now my daily routine. I pray if nothing else it helps to focus on our God of grace if only for a moment for everyone that read them.
I do take requests and any comments.
