Dev 5/20, Brothers and Sisters in Christ!

How can they preach unless they are sent? As it is written, “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news!”
Romans 10:15
God is the “Sender”, we are the sent. Every believer in Christ is sent to those in their own lives who need to hear the gospel of Jesus Christ. Every one of us know individuals who do not know Jesus as Savior. Who will tell them if we as God’s children do not?
This is the reason that we are still here, is to tell others of the good news of Jesus!
I love Philip Ware’s comment:
“How beautiful are your feet? People with beautiful feet are either “sending folks” or “going folks” who share the good news of salvation in Jesus Christ. Which are you? If we’re not one of those two options, we’re Christians with ugly feet. Now we don’t want that to be said of us, do we? So let’s make a partnership agreement with other believers by either going and asking for their support and help or by helping and supporting others while they are going!”
Father God, help me to recognize those in my path that need Jesus. I know they are many and I pray that You give me the right words when I open my mouth to share You with them. I thank You for sending Jesus to bleed and die for my sins so that I can live with You in eternity forever. I give You all praise, honor, and glory this day Abba, Amen!
Being brothers and sisters in Christ, we are not only to serve one another in life’s journey, but understand and receive service from fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I pray I recognize when my fellow believer needs my service, and that I can accept service from my brother and sister in Christ with a humble heart. In Jesus name I pray, Amen.

About Mike & Marcia

I started this journey trying to help someone that had reached out during some troubled times they were dealing with personally.
Turns out in the process I had to deal with my own anger and disappointment with the situation. I prayed for guidance which lead me to giving it up to Christ. It helped me help them writing a daily devotional and in the process I realized my own devotions were lacking. It's now my daily routine. I pray if nothing else it helps to focus on our God of grace if only for a moment for everyone that read them.
I do take requests and any comments.
