Devotion 11/25, Give thanks for His Faithfulness

Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.
Psalm 90:14
Rather than waking up tired, cranky, and dreading another day, let’s end each day with the following prayer so we will awaken with joy:
“Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.”
Then we can begin each day remembering God’s grace in our daily lives and God’s promises to our hearts. When we do, I don’t think we’ll have any problem singing with joy the rest of the day!
Father, thank you for pouring your love and joy into my heart through your Holy Spirit. Fill my heart and satisfy my life with your abiding and unfailing love. In the name of my loving Savior, Jesus. Amen.

About Mike & Marcia

I started this journey trying to help someone that had reached out during some troubled times they were dealing with personally.
Turns out in the process I had to deal with my own anger and disappointment with the situation. I prayed for guidance which lead me to giving it up to Christ. It helped me help them writing a daily devotional and in the process I realized my own devotions were lacking. It's now my daily routine. I pray if nothing else it helps to focus on our God of grace if only for a moment for everyone that read them.
I do take requests and any comments.
