Devotion 3/16, How Deep the Father’s Love for Us
Dear friends, since God so loved us, we also ought to love one another. 1 John 4:11
When we truly understand the love that God has for us, we will pass His love on to others. We were never meant to hoard His love, but to share it with those in our world, especially those who are brothers and sisters in Christ for we are His blessed family. God’s love is to be poured out to the world through us. We are not terminals of God’s love, but channels that His merciful love flows through to those in our life!
Thank you, Abba Father, for your awesome and gracious love. Please continue to pour your love into my heart through your Holy Spirit. Help me be more forgiving, patient, and sacrificial in my love with Your children. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
